Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GymMeet collects, why, and the control you have over it.

Last updated 29 October 2026

01

What we collect

  • Your account: name, email address and login details.
  • Your profile: age, gym, city, goals, photos and the answers you fill in.
  • Your activity: matches, messages, sessions, routines, check-ins and the coins you earn.
  • Health and training data you add: activity, meals, water, body scans and watch syncs.
02

Why we use it

  • To show you members near your gym and let you message and meet them.
  • To build your routines, nutrition guidance and check-ins.
  • To keep the community safe: reviewing reports, blocking and removing accounts.
  • To run your subscription and send you the emails you asked for.
03

AI features

Photos you send for a body scan, meal photos, voice notes and your chats with the AI trainer are processed by AI to give you coaching. They are stored with your account and used only for your own guidance, never sold.

04

What other members see

Other members see your profile and posts as you have set them. Your photos, scans, meals, check-ins and messages are not shown to anyone you have not shared them with. You can hide your profile or turn off features at any time.

05

Who we share with

Only the services that make the app work: our hosting and database, our payment provider for subscriptions, and our email service. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

06

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile, photos, messages and training records are removed with it.

07

Your choices

  • Edit or remove anything on your profile at any time.
  • Hide your profile or go incognito from your settings.
  • Delete your account and its data from your profile settings.
  • Ask us for a copy of your data from the contact page.
08

Security

Your account is protected by your login, and data is stored in access-controlled services. No system is perfectly secure, so choose a strong password and never share your login.
