These terms are the agreement between you and GymMeet for using the app. By creating an account you accept them.
Last updated 29 October 2026
GymMeet is for adults aged 18 and over who want to train and meet people at the gym. By using the app you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that the details on your profile are your own.
You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your login details private. One account per person, with photos of yourself.
Sessions, matches and events are arranged between members. Meet in public areas of the gym, tell someone where you are going, and use the block and report tools if something feels wrong. We review reports and can remove members who break this agreement.
Workouts, routines, nutrition guidance and AI coaching are general information, not medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting a new programme and stop if you feel pain. You train at your own risk.
Some features need a Premium subscription, billed monthly through our payment provider. It renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
You keep ownership of your photos and posts. You give us permission to show them inside the app so it can work: your profile to members, your posts on the feed, your messages to the people you send them to.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks this agreement or puts other members at risk.
By using GymMeet, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the Company is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, or death resulting from the use or misuse of any information, routines, or guidance provided by the app.
All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is entirely the user's choice and sole responsibility to act upon or apply any information found within the app. The Company will not be held liable for any user misconduct, negligence, or improper execution of exercises.
Important health notice: the content provided by GymMeet does not constitute medical or professional health advice. If you have any underlying health conditions, chronic pain, or medical issues, please consult a licensed professional physician, doctor, or certified nutritionist before beginning any new fitness or dietary program.
We may update these terms as the app changes. When the changes matter, we ask you to review and agree to the new edition before you carry on using GymMeet.
Thank you for using GymMeet.
